BOONTON HOUSING AUTHORITY Legal Notice Request for Proposal Auditing Firm The Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton is seeking proposals from auditing firms to audit the financial records of the Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. Proposal should be written to address the following quality/merit factors shall be used by the Authority to evaluate proposals: 1. Experience of the Audit Firm 2. Knowledge of and experience with HUD Housing Choice Voucher and Family Self Sufficiency program and other related regulations, policies and procedures. 3. Knowledge and experience with Financial Audits of HCV Program and Streamline Project Base Vouchers Streamline PBV: 74 units Housing Choice Voucher Program: 16 Family Self-Sufficiency Program: 50 slots The scope of service will be identified in the Request for Proposal and may be obtained from Sherry Sims for a non-refundable fee of $10.00. The Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton is requesting proposals from auditing firms to audit its financial records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. Evaluation will consider the firm's experience; knowledge of and experience with HUD Housing Choice Voucher, Family Self-Sufficiency, and related regulations, policies, and procedures; and knowledge and experience conducting financial audits of Housing Choice Voucher and Streamline Project-Based Voucher programs. The program portfolio includes 74 Streamline Project-Based Voucher units, 16 Housing Choice Voucher units, and 50 Family Self-Sufficiency program slots. The detailed scope of services may be obtained from Sherry Sims for a non-refundable $10 fee. Proposals must include the original and two copies.
