Description
YES Prep Public Schools seeks proposals to furnish, install, and configure 114 Epson PowerLite 760W ultra-short-throw projectors and 114 Epson ELPMB62 wall mounts for two campuses, plus additional projectors and mounts as attic stock. The specified projectors are wireless WXGA 3LCD laser models rated at 4,100 lumens; power and blocking will be provided by others. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, project management, tools, and equipment; coordinate installation and configuration; and submit itemized pricing and a preliminary implementation plan and schedule. The scope also includes site safety and dust mitigation, protection and cleanup of work areas, coordination with the school system, and project closeout materials. Installation is anticipated to begin at the two campuses on March 1 and March 29, 2027, respectively.
