Description
The 409th Contracting Support Brigade is conducting a Sources Sought--Request for Information to identify qualified vendors for a Germany-wide Between Occupancy Maintenance Multiple Award Task Order Contract supporting Installation Management Command-Europe housing requirements. The anticipated contract would use an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity structure with firm-fixed-price task orders and an estimated ten-year level of effort, with performance expected to commence in April 2027. The estimated combined contract ceiling is $249 million. The requirement combines commercial and non-commercial services, including deep cleaning and sanitization, flooring and window care, debris and waste removal, general carpentry, drywall and painting, flooring repair and replacement, mold abatement and decontamination, contaminated-material removal, and sanitary and interior-fixture replacement. Contractors would provide complete task-order execution, including planning, personnel, cleaning and sanitation supplies, tools, equipment, and material disposal. Responses must include a one-page cover letter, a capabilities statement of no more than ten pages, and up to three corporate-experience examples addressing comparable multi-year work, contract value, performance period, customer environment, project management, security requirements, metrics, and prime/subcontractor or teaming arrangements. The response must be submitted electronically as a PDF.
