Description
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency requires the supply and installation of a dual-stacked CO2 incubator for cell culture. The system must consist of two stackable chambers, each with an interior capacity of at least 150 liters, and include the required stacking adapter and roller base. Each chamber must provide 0–20% CO2 control, temperature control from ambient temperature plus 3°C to at least 50°C, stable and uniform cell-culture conditions, CO2 variation of ±0.15%, and temperature uniformity of ±0.25°C under the stated test conditions. Required contamination-control features include in-chamber HEPA filtration, a high-temperature sterilization cycle, and an electropolished stainless-steel interior. The equipment must operate on 120 VAC, 60 Hz, single-phase power with a Canadian-approved plug. Installation is required. Bidding is restricted to suppliers pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI, and award will be recommended to the responsive bidder offering the lowest aggregate price.
