Description
The Department of National Defence seeks contractor support for mobile refrigeration equipment, including refrigerated containers and clip-on generator sets. Work includes ongoing program and materiel management; repair and overhaul; technical investigations and engineering services, including configuration support; mobile repair party and field service representative support; and supply of replacement parts and software when requested. Repair work includes inspection, testing, repair or replacement of components, software maintenance, and documentation of work and test results. The contract also requires technical staff with specified refrigeration and Carrier equipment qualifications, and a repair facility with defined indoor and outdoor capacity. The scope includes training, technical data management, inventory and warehousing support, and equipment divestment activities. The solicitation requires a technical offer demonstrating compliance with two mandatory criteria and a financial offer with rates and markups for all work categories and contract periods.
