Description
The State of Tennessee is soliciting a contractor to furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to remove and replace approximately 0.6 mile of ADA-accessible walkway, including the Council Springs ADA overlook, drainage culverts, and drainage crossings. The scope also includes repairs to the visitor center sidewalk and parking lot. The opportunity is accepting bids. Bid documents are available through the AGC East Tennessee plan room, which requires member login or account registration. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT, and bids are due September 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
