Description
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking one or more suppliers for an estimated-quantity contract covering the pickup, copying, binding, folding, and delivery of architectural and related plans and specifications on an as-needed basis. Pricing must include all pickup, shipping, and delivery charges, and bidders must provide product information or specifications with their bids. The contract has a one-year base period with options for three additional one-year renewals. Required turnaround times include weekly delivery for Building Division work, 48 hours for rush Building Division requests, and specified 24-hour and 72-hour turnaround periods for Highway Division plan orders. The department may require test prints and may conduct past-performance reference checks covering the previous five years. Bids will be evaluated using weighted pricing, and the Province may award to more than one supplier for peak-period coverage.
