Description
The Department of Public Health, Ministry of Health and Wellness, is requesting four new patient stretchers and four examination beds. The stretchers must include a durable steel frame, collapsible aluminum side rails, a radiolucent X-ray board, adjustable backrest and leg sections, height adjustment, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning, individually braked wheels, a fifth wheel, an oxygen-cylinder holder, a minimum 551-pound capacity, and foot-pedal controls. The examination beds must include an adjustable backrest, stirrups, a pull-out footstool, and a minimum 400-pound capacity. Proposals must identify the manufacturer and model and include product specifications, brochures, compliance information and deviations, unit and total pricing with currency, delivery charges, taxes and assembly costs, delivery timeframe, warranty and after-sales support, payment terms, and proposal validity. Equipment must be new, unused, and delivered ready for clinical use. Evaluation will consider compliance, quality, cost, delivery time, and warranty support; partial awards may be made.
