Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Viet Nam seeks a national consultant to support the development and finalization of a Manual on the Review and Handling of Legal Normative Documents. The assignment is intended to strengthen officials’ awareness, professional knowledge, skills, and practical capacity in reviewing and handling legal normative documents, while supporting the constitutionality, legality, consistency, and effective implementation of the legal system. The engagement is home-based and consists of 23 working days performed between October 2026 and March 2027. Women, persons with disabilities, persons from ethnic groups, and people from other diverse groups are encouraged to bid; preference will be given to equally technically qualified women. Proposals must be submitted through the designated supplier portal.
