Public Notice: Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineer Services Date: August 12, 2026 The City of Cotter and Gassville, Arkansas requests qualifications from professional engineers licensed in the State of Arkansas to provide services for the preparation of preliminary plans, cost determinations, and project execution for a proposed wastewater rehabilitation project, contingent upon the successful award of grants and/or loans. Design services may encompass the entire project lifecycle, including early concept development, feasibility analysis, detailed design, construction-phase assistance, and final project closeout. The services must ensure integrated, regulation-compliant solutions aligned with the goals of the wastewater rehabilitation project. An engineering services contract and associated payment will be provided only if funding is secured.
