Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking seven packages of azithromycin tablets, specified as azithromycin tablet 500 mg, three blister cards per package with three tablets per card, for a total of nine tablets per package. The item is identified by NSN 6505-01-581-9038 and manufacturer part number NDC50111-0788-67; the solicitation identifies Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. as the manufacturer.
