Description
The United Nations Development Programme's Sierra Leone Office is seeking quotations for the supply of a broad range of medical drugs and related medical items for the United Nations Joint Medical Services. The schedule includes prescription and emergency medicines, antibiotics, analgesics, antidiabetics, antihypertensives, antiasthmatics, gynecological and central-nervous-system medicines, intravenous products, creams, inhalers, diagnostic strips, examination gloves, disposable specula, and other medical consumables. The quotation must include pricing for the listed line items, technical-compliance information, delivery and transport plans, acceptance of DAP delivery terms, and confirmation of packing, warranty, after-sales, and local-support requirements. Delivery is required within 10 calendar days after contract award, and products must meet the stated expiry and replacement requirements. Suppliers must also provide company, registration, tax, experience, ongoing-project, banking, declaration, and other qualification information through the supplier portal. Attachments must be in PDF format, use clearly descriptive Latin-alphabet filenames, and be virus-free and uncorrupted.
