Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two bottles of 100-count omeprazole extended-release 20 mg capsules, NSN 6505-01-611-1221, under purchase request 7018539512. The item must have at least 15 months of shelf life remaining at delivery to the first government activity and must be supplied in accordance with the stated commercial packaging, medical marking, labeling, inspection, and destination-delivery requirements.
