Description
The U.S. Navy is conducting a sources-sought market research notice for a prospective firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide a preventive maintenance program and emergency, unscheduled, and routine services for roll-up doors, sliding doors, sliding gates, and automatic door systems at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka in Japan. The anticipated requirement combines recurring and non-recurring work. Respondents must provide contractor information, Unique Entity ID and NCAGE code if registered, qualifications for conducting business in Japan, service locations, and any known subcontractor partnerships. The attached contractor information form requests general company information and supporting information for one to five relevant projects, including project experience, contract details, customer references, work type, narrative, and self-performance percentage. Contractors must be authorized to conduct business in Japan and, before award, possess the required Japanese construction license.
