Description
The City is seeking a contractor to clear snow and apply sand, salt, or other granular de-icing materials at four recreation facilities. Work covers parking lots, sidewalks, pathways, steps, wheelchair ramps, and roadways, with snow clearing triggered at specified accumulation levels. The contractor must monitor snow conditions, maintain traffic areas daily during the stated service hours, and prioritize areas as specified in the scope of work. Snow is to be piled in designated areas, and excess snow must be hauled off site upon request; hauling is priced hourly. The contractor supplies the de-icing materials and must hold a snow-removal rider under its general liability insurance.
