Description
The Centre de services scolaire des Découvreurs is soliciting competitive bids for Phase 2027 of a project involving renovation of interior finishes and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems at École secondaire de Rochebelle, Pavillon Gilles-Vigneault. The estimated contract period is 12 months. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, identified envelope and accompanied by bid security equal to 10% of the bid, either as a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee. At contract signing, the bid security is to be exchanged for performance security and security for payment of wages, materials, and services. Eligible bidders must have an establishment in Québec or in a province or territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement and must hold any required building-contractor licence. The solicitation states that bidders are responsible for selecting their subcontractors.
