Description
The Province is offering a bonus-bid, scale-based timber sale licence covering approximately 22,672 m³ of coniferous timber across an estimated 77.7 hectares. The advertised species mix is approximately 51% spruce, 28% balsam, and 21% lodgepole pine. The licence term is 18 months, and the upset stumpage rate is $48.41 per cubic metre. The successful applicant will be responsible for harvesting, waste assessments, applicable road construction and rehabilitation, and compliance with the licence’s environmental, safety, and forest-management requirements. A road use permit is required. Applicants must be registered BC Timber Sales enterprises in Category 1, 4, or 5; the highest eligible bonus bid is the selection basis.
