Description
The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India is soliciting offers for the supply of one brand new, 17-seater van. The vehicle must be right-hand drive, EURO/BS-VI compliant, and a 2026 model year. Key specifications include a length/width/height of 7010/2095/2550MM, white color, diesel engine, manual or automatic transmission, power steering, power windows, and a fully air-conditioned interior. It must also feature a touchscreen navigation system, front and rear cameras, airbags, seatbelts for all seats, and a comprehensive warranty. Delivery is expected on a Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) basis to the U.S. Embassy New Delhi. The contractor will be responsible for all costs, risks, and charges associated with transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery. The U.S. Embassy will provide a duty exemption certificate, which the vendor will use for customs clearance. The vehicle must be delivered no later than 90 days after the contract award date. The offeror must provide a detailed matrix table demonstrating compliance with all specifications and proof of their legal authority to sell and transfer title, along with supply chain documentation.
