Description
The Good Shepherd Nativity Mission School is soliciting proposals for Internet access service at its Main Campus and new Giving Hope Campus in New Orleans. The school prefers dedicated, symmetrical fiber-connected service with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbps and requests pricing for 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps options, both with and without firewall service. Proposals must identify whether the service is dedicated fiber or shared Internet service and whether the bidder resells last-mile service. Pricing for consecutive static IP addresses is also requested. The initial contract term is 36 months beginning July 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum five-year term. Vendors must include all recurring and non-recurring costs, including installation, construction or special construction, equipment, taxes, fees, and surcharges. Proposals must include service-provider terms and conditions, a current SPIN, references, an implementation timeline, a service-level agreement addressing 24/7 support, outage response and restoration, escalation, resolution, and reporting, and a completed Appendix A cost table. Proposals must be submitted as a single PDF through the designated ShareFile link by the stated deadline.
