Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence is procuring one laser engraving machine for the Canadian Armed Forces. The machine must include a 150W CO2 laser and RF 30W laser, a minimum 39-by-62-inch working area, feed-through door, adjustable Z-axis table, built-in chiller, fume extraction port, red-dot positioning beam, alignment camera, PiBurn rotary 4.0, and CSA, cUL, or cETL certification for use in Canada. It must cut and engrave wood, leather, fabric, cardboard, paper, plastic, vinyl, and ceramic, support specified graphics formats, and include an accessory package, manufacturer warranty, personal protective equipment, and a LightBurn Pro license for up to two computers. The requirement also includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and training during normal operating hours, with all deliverables due no later than March 31, 2027. Bidders must provide technical supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with all mandatory criteria and submit technical and financial offers together with the Offer Submission Form and Offeror Declaration Form. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting all mandatory technical requirements.
