Description
Success Preparatory College is requesting Category One proposals for dedicated, symmetrical internet access delivered over fiber, with pricing options for 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps. Proposals may include service with and without provider-supplied basic firewall functionality. Bidders must identify the transport technology, service demarcation, provider-owned equipment, static IPv4 and IPv6 support, recurring and nonrecurring charges, taxes, surcharges, special construction, installation, and all eligible and ineligible costs separately. The anticipated initial contract term is three years beginning July 1, 2027, with up to two one-year voluntary extensions, for a maximum potential term of five years. The selected provider must maintain the FCC registrations and certifications required for E-Rate participation, provide 24x7x365 support, include an implementation schedule, and meet the requested service start date. Proposals must include complete pricing, service terms, references, implementation details, and the completed Appendix A cost tables and Appendix B vendor response coversheet. The service is to terminate at the applicant-designated demarcation point at 4621 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119.
