Description
Zion Public School District 28 is soliciting bids for 1 Gbps dedicated Internet access with guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds. Bidders may use any technology and must identify the proposed bandwidth, recurring price, all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. Bids for generic or encyclopedic price lists, or bids that omit required pricing details, will be considered nonresponsive. The service must support participation in the E-Rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund programs. Bidders must provide a valid, non-red-light Service Provider Identification Number, agree to the E-Rate program, permit Service Provider Identification Number changes, offer the applicant a choice of discount methods, and be eligible to provide Oklahoma Universal Service Fund support. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval. After the initial term or any voluntary renewal term, the vendor must offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the applicant transitions to a new provider, with that monthly cost included in the proposal. The circuit terminates at Route 1, Stilwell, Oklahoma 74960, with the district's E911 address identified as 470658 E 850 Road.
