Description
The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) of Quebec, through its Direction générale adjointe des pépinières, is seeking to acquire mobile growing trays for the Trecesson forest nursery. The contract will be for a period of 7 months, starting at contract signature and ending on April 9, 2027. The delivery location is the Pépinière forestière de Trecesson at 164, chemin de la Pépinière, Trecesson, Quebec J0Y 2S0. The work must be completed no later than March 19, 2027. The solicitation is subject to trade agreements including the WTO GPA, CFTA, and CETA. Bidders must have a permanent establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by applicable government agreements.
