Description
The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) is seeking qualified individuals to conduct due process hearings for individuals with disabilities. Hearing officers will conduct hearings pursuant to informal adjudicatory rules of procedure and MRC regulations. They will issue decisions based on the evidence presented, in accordance with state regulations and policies. The hearing officer must protect the rights of all parties, elicit relevant evidence and pertinent testimony, and provide the decision in writing and electronically to MRC.
