Description
Loto-Québec is seeking proposals for services to manage the inventory of Christmas decorations, operate a repair workshop, and install the decorations at the Montréal, Mont-Tremblant, Lac-Leamy, and Hilton Lac-Leamy facilities. The opportunity is a competitive, open-bidding procurement with an estimated 60-month contract period. Proposals must be submitted electronically by email. Eligibility requirements include obtaining the solicitation document through the Quebec electronic tendering system, holding any required authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics, maintaining a valid Revenu Québec attestation or submitting the applicable absence-of-establishment form, and not being listed in the register of ineligible enterprises for public contracts. A voluntary virtual information session is scheduled, and the solicitation states that the selected proposal need not be the lowest-priced submission.
