The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, through its Office for Facilities Support Services and on behalf of South-Central Kentucky Community and Technical College, is seeking professional architectural services and an associated project team for the replacement of the Glasgow Campus. Phase I will focus on designing and supporting construction of a new nursing facility at a new site in Glasgow, Kentucky, to accommodate the college's nursing programs and relocate existing campus functions. The broader campus replacement is planned in two phases; Phase II would address a future building for technical programs, but this opportunity is limited to Phase I. Vendors must demonstrate appropriate experience and qualifications.
