Description
The City of Everett is seeking authorized Ford dealers to supply original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Ford parts, Ford Authorized Remanufactured parts, Motorcraft parts, and related components for warranty and non-warranty fleet repairs. The solicitation is limited to the specified Ford brand; alternate, generic, or private-label products will not be accepted. The supplier must provide cost-plus pricing based on Ford manufacturer pricing with a fixed markup percentage, verifiable manufacturer pricing documentation, order acknowledgment, an order desk available during specified business hours, adequate inventory for same-day response on frequently ordered items, and delivery to the City's Motor Vehicle Division. Requirements include will-call availability within two hours, delivery of non-stocked parts within three business days, packing slips, warranties, core pickup and credits, product-return support, and applicable safety data sheets. Quotations must include the completed Supplier Commitment and Information form and Price Sheet form.
