Description
UNDP Nepal seeks a contractor to supply and distribute a broad range of office stationery and consumables under a long-term agreement. Orders will be placed as needed through UNDP’s supply system; routine requests received before noon on business days are due by 2:00 p.m. the following business day, with urgent requests due within two hours. The contractor must maintain sufficient inventory and warehousing, provide two dedicated customer service representatives, and coordinate order processing and monthly or quarterly invoicing with UNDP. Products must conform to the agreed brands and specifications, and delivery and transportation costs must be included in pricing. The agreement is initially for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years. UNDP estimates annual stationery consumption at approximately USD 12,000, inclusive of VAT, but does not guarantee any purchase quantity. The quotation must include the completed submission and financial offer forms, pricing for the listed items, and the specified company, registration, tax, financial, experience, performance, self-declaration, and organizational policy materials.
