Description
Nassau Health Care Corporation is soliciting a three-year blanket-order contract, with two additional one-year renewal options, for maintenance and repair of rigid, specialty rigid, semi-rigid, and needle scopes used throughout its facilities. Required pricing categories include scope repairs involving image bundles, objective lenses, stainless-steel tubing, and light fibers. Services include pickup from Nassau University Medical Center, in-service support, labor, materials, transportation, tools, instrumentation, parts, and accessories necessary to restore equipment to operating condition. The contractor must be able to service the listed scope inventory, provide estimates before work begins, and perform work only after an authorized purchase or delivery order. Repairs are generally performed at the facility unless removal to the contractor's shop is approved. The solicitation requires applicable qualifications, licensing, safety and infection-control compliance, original signed bid documents, a qualification statement, required certifications and disclosures, and applicable technical specifications and product literature.
