Description
The United States Patent and Trademark Office is conducting a sources-sought request for information to identify qualified small-business contractors capable of manufacturing, assembling, packaging, and directly shipping employee-recognition items. The requirement includes Bronze Medal Awards; Distinguished and Exceptional Career Awards; Retirement Certificates; Directors Awards; Leadership in Action Awards; and Length of Service Awards. Products may include framed certificates, medals encased in leucite and presented with certificates and display boxes, laser-etched clear-crystal desktop awards, service pins, and related frames. Estimated annual quantities range from approximately 100 to 2,600 units by award type, with packaging and direct delivery to recipients or agency offices. Respondents must provide contractor information, applicable certifications or authorizations, information about their ability to meet the requirements, a tailored capability statement with supporting documentation, product photos and specifications, and similar past-performance information with customer references and award photos where available. This is market research only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
