Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking repair of four rugged flat panels identified by CAGE code 28199 and reference number G-7217. Repairs must meet the specified operational and functional requirements, use applicable contractor or government-approved technical procedures, and include marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130. The contractor must perform required inspection and testing, while Government Source Inspection and final government acceptance are required. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 90 days, measured from physical receipt of each asset at the contractor's facility through government acceptance. Quotes must include unit and total pricing, pricing type, proposed RTAT, information about capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, and testing-and-evaluation pricing for items determined beyond repair. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered; proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, must accompany the offer. The amendment increases the quantity to four units, invokes Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and extends the quotation deadline.
