Description
The City of Lynwood seeks a complete, turnkey, fully cloud-hosted VoIP and unified communications platform to replace its existing on-premises Mitel telephone system. The solution must support approximately 130 users and 150 extensions, including workgroups, auto attendants, voicemail, call routing, reporting, administrative tools, physical desk phones, desktop softphones, mobile applications, and five conference rooms. The vendor must provide new enterprise-grade telephone equipment, licensing, an attendant console or receptionist application, number and DID porting, E911 configuration and validation, network and site readiness assessments, configuration, testing, cutover, training, documentation, and post-cutover stabilization. The scope also includes edge-switch assessment and replacement where required, site-level survivability and failover planning, security and cloud-resiliency documentation, ongoing support and maintenance, a proposed uptime SLA of at least 99.99%, and critical-outage support. Proposals must include implementation and recurring pricing, optional third-year pricing, and a three-year total cost of ownership. Microsoft 365 integration, compatible headsets, and certain redundancy features are optional. The agreement is anticipated to have a two-year initial term with one optional additional year.
