Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for facility support services at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni. The scope includes recurring and non-recurring custodial services, pest control, grounds maintenance and landscaping, storm-drainage and retention-pond work, sediment removal, and related labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management. Services support station, family housing, education, Navy, commissary, distribution, logistics, investigative, aviation, petroleum, and chapel facilities. Offerors must submit separate technical and price proposals through the DoD Solicitation Module in PIEE, in English and Adobe PDF format. The technical proposal must address safety, experience, and past performance. Relevant experience must cover custodial, pest control, and grounds maintenance/landscaping, with at least one and no more than three recent contracts or task orders, each meeting the stated minimum value. The solicitation also requires safety data for five calendar years, a safety approach narrative, experience data sheets, and applicable CPARS or completed past-performance questionnaires. CMMC Level 1 self-assessment status is required before award, and offerors must be authorized to operate in Japan.
