Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for comprehensive maintenance, repair, replacement, inspection, testing, and emergency response services for passenger elevators and freight lifts at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The scope covers the equipment listed in Appendix A, including monthly maintenance, semiannual and annual inspections, routine and emergency service calls, spare parts, automatic phone dialer system maintenance, maintenance documentation, and compliance with applicable Italian, European, and U.S. standards. Emergency calls require an in-person response within two hours, and routine calls require an in-person response within one business day. The contractor must provide qualified and appropriately certified personnel, at least two technicians, an English-speaking representative, a maintenance control plan, quality control plan, mission-essential service plan, inspection and service reports, 24/7 telephone and mobile support, and annual emergency maneuver training for the base fire department. The contract includes a base year, four one-year option periods, and a possible six-month extension, with performance beginning December 1, 2026. Quotations must include technical capability, prior experience, past-performance considerations, and pricing for all listed contract line items.
