Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Sri Lanka is inviting eligible national and international nongovernmental and civil society organizations to submit information and proposals to implement activities under the Scale-up and Sustain the Low Carbon Municipal Solid Waste Management and Resource Recovery in Sri Lanka Project. The assignment concerns implementation of the waste management plan for Gampola Urban Council. Proposals must be submitted directly through the Quantum Supplier Portal using the supplier profile and the negotiation reference. The solicitation package includes the request for information template, capacity assessment checklist, proposal submission form and NGO declaration, responsible-party agreement, terms of reference, financial offer, and detailed cost-breakdown files.
