Description
NASA Shared Services Center is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for the purchase and delivery of one Goodway VAPOR STEAM CLEANER, 36KW, model GVC-36000-480E, and one Goodway 93-KIT0934 Floor Spinner. The previously listed floor-spinner part number 96-KIT0934 was confirmed to be a typo; 93-KIT0934 is acceptable. An equal product may be quoted if it meets the stated salient characteristics, including 480-volt three-phase operation, continuous ultra-low-moisture dry steam, specified temperature and pressure ranges, water and chemical capacity, adjustable moisture content, and heavy-duty construction. The requirement is for equipment delivery only and does not include installation, commissioning, or operator training. Delivery is FOB destination to Building 4400 at Stennis Space Center. A forklift is available for unloading. The Q&A confirms that delivery may occur 30, 45, or 90 days after receipt of the order, and that a reseller may source new Goodway equipment through a Goodway-authorized distributor; the offeror itself does not need to hold direct Goodway authorization. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and will be evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
