Description
This Master Agreement (MA) is for #2 Heating Fuel service to the Midcoast region of Maine, provided by Maritime Energy. The contract period extends from September 1, 2023, through May 31, 2027, with an extension through May 31, 2027. Deliveries are to be made upon State of Maine request to any State of Maine facility, with specific addresses provided at the time of order. Pricing is based on Free on Board (FOB) - Destination terms, including shipping charges. All State of Maine Departments, Agencies, Municipalities, political subdivisions, and school districts in Maine are authorized users of this contract. Orders over $10,000.00 will be processed via Delivery Orders (DO) emailed as a PDF. The contract also includes provisions for pricing adjustments related to federal oil spill fees and a commitment from Maritime Energy not to pass through potential or actual tariffs.
