Description
The contractor will provide legal support for the U.S. Government’s transfer of its leasehold interest and improvements at the former consulate compound. Work includes legal research and memoranda on the transfer process, title searches and due diligence, title certifications, review and preparation of transaction documents, certified translations, and coordination with local authorities and other professionals through closing and registration. The contractor may also need to obtain surveys or other professional assistance at its own expense. The solicitation requests a completed offer package, pricing for the specified legal services, firm experience materials, attorney resumes, examples of completed transactions, and technical information addressing the work plan, staffing, qualifications, licensing, and past performance. The IDIQ has a one-year base period and one one-year option; the stated minimum is 100 hours and the maximum is 2,000 hours or $350,000 per period.
