Oregon State University (OSU) is establishing a Reserve Contracting Program to prequalify experienced eLearning Developers for the design and development of accessible and interactive courseware. These ongoing projects will be housed on OSU's learning management system and servers. Developers will be responsible for creating media-rich online learning solutions that align with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. The scope of work includes designing courseware based on provided content, ensuring full accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliant), and developing engaging content with interactive elements. Developers will own the authoring tool and provide source files to OSU upon completion. Contracts will be issued on a case-by-case basis as projects arise, with the program open from April 2022 to March 2027, with a potential five-year renewal.
