Description
The State of Rhode Island is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide maintenance, repair, replacement (existing equipment only), and emergency services as needed for refrigeration, culinary, and commercial equipment (gas, electric, and steam). This MPA is statewide and applies to all state agencies, municipalities, schools, and quasi-public agencies; locations may be added or deleted at the discretion of the state. Awarded contractor(s) will provide repair service as requested by authorized personnel. Vendor must respond within 2 hours of notification as well as provide 24 Hour, 7 days a week service.
