Description
This resolution awards a professional services contract for legal services to Netchert, Dineen & Hillmann, Esqs. for the North Bergen Zoning Board. The contract was awarded following a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process conducted in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. The contract is effective retroactively from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Hourly rates are set at $180 per hour for attorneys and $60 per hour for paralegals/law clerks. Attendance at regular Zoning Board meetings will be billed at $500 per session, with special meetings billed at the same rate but funded from a third-party escrow account. The total contract cap for all services, including costs and expenses, is $30,000. The contract cap may be increased upon application to the Zoning Board if necessary.
