Description
The Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking a small-business contractor under a firm-fixed-price contract to supply structural steel and metal components for installation of a new overhead crane system. Required materials include the items and specifications identified in the attached item description, including structural shapes and steel components meeting the applicable ASTM standards. The procurement is a one-time supply requirement, with delivery FOB destination. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. Offerors must complete and wet-sign the solicitation, provide pricing and a proposed delivery date, and return one complete signed copy. The solicitation requires documentation demonstrating compliance with the item description. Material Test Reports are recommended with each offer for technical evaluation; alternatively, offerors may state that heat numbers and corresponding MTRs will be provided upon delivery. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and the nonmanufacturer rule does not apply.
