Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting prices for a broad range of goods for two Haitian National Police facilities: the Nippes Departmental Directorate in Miragoâne and the Jérémie Police Station. Items include office and conference furniture, beds and medical beds, storage cabinets and safes, computers, printers, monitors, televisions, projectors, appliances, networking accessories, software, and assorted facility supplies. The solicitation specifies quantities and technical characteristics for the items across two lots; products of each furniture type must be a single brand, and each appliance type must be a single brand and model. Product images and additional technical documentation should be provided where needed to assess the offers. Delivery is required within five calendar days after contract signature, to the specified facilities. Offers must be submitted in Haitian gourdes through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal. The evaluation considers compliance with the specifications, acceptance of contract terms, after-sales service, and delivery time; award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer. The opportunity is open only to suppliers based in Haiti’s Grand Sud region.
