Description
The Village seeks a contractor to fabricate, deliver, and install one 72-niche hexagonal granite columbarium and two 40-niche bookcase-style granite columbaria. The scope includes engineering and shop drawings, finish samples, freight, offloading, lifting equipment, anchorage, installation, and 10% extra niche shutters for each unit. The structures must meet specified dimensions, finishes, and design details; the contractor must verify site conditions and protect and restore affected areas. Foundation construction is excluded unless expressly identified in the bid documents. Bidders must submit pricing on the provided bid forms, bid security equal to 5% of the bid, and at least five references for similar projects or contracts. A five-year workmanship warranty and a 50-year material warranty must be provided with the bid proposal. The work is to be completed by November 30, 2027.
