Description
The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission is seeking vendors to provide technology and support services to individuals with a broad range of disabilities from across the Commonwealth. Providers selected through this RFR will provide assessment of technology needs, provide computer technology, primarily personal computers and other peripheral equipment, and services to orient and train the recipient to the technology. The services include a review of basic computer proficiency, procurement and provision of appropriate computer technology, delivery and setup of equipment at the consumer's home or workplace, and training or technical assistance. Providers will also offer a technical support center or help desk to provide timely training and technical support.
