Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking qualified vendors to provide and deliver PVC film and related sign-making materials on an as-needed basis. Products may include ORAJET 3165GRA-010 Intermediate Calendared PVC Film or approved equivalents, printable and specialty vinyl films, overlaminates, mounting films, application and transfer tapes, sign substrates and panels, banner media, adhesives, primers, cleaning and removal products, and installation and finishing tools and consumables. Products must be new, unused, current-production materials in the manufacturer's original packaging, and substitutions require written University approval. The representative evaluation item is one 54-inch-wide by 50-yard roll of white, gloss PVC film. Offerors must provide a delivered price for that roll, identify the applicable published catalog or price list, and state the percentage discount that will apply to subsequent purchases. The one-roll price is for evaluation only; actual orders will be based on University requirements, with no minimum quantity or expenditure guaranteed. The University anticipates approximately 12 representative rolls per quarter for planning purposes. Manufacturer literature showing complete product specifications is required, particularly for proposed equivalents.
