Description
Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a cloud-hosted Customer Due Diligence platform to support financial-crime and regulatory compliance across residents, applicants, leaseholders, business partners, and other counterparties. Required capabilities include document and biometric identity verification with a resident self-service journey; politically exposed person and sanctions screening; company verification and screening; ongoing monitoring with alerting; case management; audit trails; reporting; and integration with Notting Hill Genesis systems, including federated single sign-on. Indicative pricing volumes include approximately 4,000 new individual checks and 120 company checks annually, a one-time retrospective screening of approximately 70,000 individuals and 750 companies at onboarding, ongoing monitoring of approximately 74,000 individuals and 870 companies, and approximately 375 staff users. The estimated value is £550,000 excluding VAT (£660,000 including VAT). The initial term is three years, with extensions of up to two additional years at the authority's discretion. Participation requires specified financial standing, professional indemnity, cyber liability, and public liability insurance of at least £5 million per claim, and qualifying information-security and digital-identity certifications.
