Description
The Louisiana Army National Guard is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and provide one year of full warranty service coverage for existing Liebert and Eaton UPS systems at Jackson Barracks, Camp Beauregard, and Camp Minden. The requirement includes two preventive-maintenance inspections per UPS per year, full UPS electronics and applicable battery maintenance, detailed inspection reports, and guaranteed four-hour on-site emergency response seven days per week, 24 hours per day. The contractor must also install a 20 kVA, 480V input/480V output UPS system with at least 10 minutes of battery capacity and the required batteries at Jackson Barracks. Offerors must provide manufacturer documentation demonstrating qualification and certification to service the listed equipment, certified letters from Eaton and Liebert confirming authorized third-party status, and documentation showing access to new OEM parts rather than cannibalized or used parts. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and evaluates price, technical compliance, understanding of the requirements, and past performance.
