Description
The Department of the Interior's Office of Inspector General requires one Street Smarts VR Training System bundle for its Investigative Services Division. The system must support immersive virtual-reality training for firearms, tactics, and use-of-force situations and includes an Alienware 18 Area-51 gaming laptop configured for VR operation, an HTC VIVE Focus Vision headset with controllers and accessories, replica Glock 19 and AR-15 training accessories, a baton, flashlight, Pelican 1650 transport case, tracker set, spare battery, face cushions, stands, power strip, and USB cable. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase from Street Smarts, although interested parties may submit a capabilities statement to identify comparable capabilities. The system includes an expanding scenario library and quarterly content and software updates. The anticipated structure is a 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods for software renewal only. Responses are limited to five pages, must use an 11-point minimum font except for permitted table and graph labels, must not exceed 8 MB, and must be submitted in a Microsoft Office-compatible format or Adobe Acrobat.
