The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing kennels and boarding for an estimated 10 to 20 Military Working Dogs for an estimated time of 24 to 48 months. The facilities are required to be within the immediate geographic area of Quantico, Virginia. The minimum run size of 8x8 is required, as well as 24/7 access, and no access by anyone else to include kennel employees. Break yard access dedicated to the MWDs is required, and the dogs cannot be housed or share common areas with other pets. At least one quarantine kennel is required. Also needed are storage for food and medication, a bathing station for MWD's, a feed prep area with a sink to clean food and water bowls, and a washer and dryer to clean equipment.
